This is my second experience with Marsha. Two years ago she helped me purchase a condo in Asheville and went way beyond the call of duty providing me with an air mattress while I waited for my furniture. When for health reasons I was ready to sell two years later she listened to my needs through a rather bumpy ride with HOA issues always maintaining her high level of professionalism. We had to lower the price but at my request and the condo sold. As I was doing final packing and waiting for the movers she was kind and observant seeing that I was getting a little thin--not a good thing for my already thin body. She invited me to a goodbye dinner and a pig-out on sushi which was extraordinary! She is not only my realtor/broker but a wonderful supportive and authentic human being. I highly recommend her services.
