I made the appointment because I had a mouse nest fall in my face while on vacation. I had a very bad infection that I thought was cleared up. I wanted someone local to check my eyes. The whole place was very friendly and professional. Turns out the infection wasn't cleared completely. Dr. Benjamin explained everything to me and prescribed drops to get rid of it. I will be using Goulas from now on.
I was totally satisfied after my visit with Dr. Goulas. He and his staff were very professional and patient as they took as much time as needed to complete testing. Dr. Goulas's review of my results were explained in simplified terms so that I was able to completely understand. I would highly recommend his practice.
New Patient Annual Exam - Team was helpful in getting me through e-forms and tests. Dr Benjamin was excellent in listening, communicating what they found, writing a lens prescription. Will see them again next year.

I've had to annual appointments at Goulas Eye. Everyone is professional and friendly. They do a very thorough exam and then patience meet with Dr. Goulas who asks how our eyes are feeling and if we have any concerns. After listening and answers and questions/concerns and then reviews the results of the tests.
The only reason I didn't rate them 5 is because the entire visit, from check-in to setting up the next appointment takes over an hour. I think it's worth it and I will continue to go here but it would be nice if the process was a bit slower. I guess that's price they pay for being so good at what they do....lots of patients.
