Dr Biggs is an excellent surgeon, however, his office needs to improve on returning a patient’s telephone call. I called his office yesterday morning to provide information and left a voicemail requesting a call back. I’m still waiting. I wish I could say this is an isolated incident.

He is so easy going and nice. Dr’ Biggs took time to explain why my knee did not cause me pain all the time even though it was bone on bone. Plus he also took time to explain what would happen doing surgery and answered my questions. All of the folks I dealt with were quite pleasant and very helpful

I feel like Dr. Biggs has saved my life. With a previous hip replacement, my other leg was left longer after surgery.
