Cannot really count all the homes we have bought and sold in our 58 years together, and although several agents have become our good friends as a result of working together, we've had none work as diligently, stay in closer touch, or do exactly as they thought we 'wanted/needed/required' as Michael Clement. Hoping not to sell another home soon, but if we decided to, we would not think twice about listing with anyone other than Michael and Long Realty.

My agent was Michael, he was very knowledgable of the Tucson market and responsive to my needs as his client. I started house hunting in February. Michael encouraged me to look at a wide variety of properties to help me understand what was my best fit. By April, we knew I had found my forever home. He excelled when negotiating with the seller's agent by securing repairs, a home warranty and closing cost below market. Best of all, working with Michael was an absolute joy and I would highly recommend him.

As the president of a university for 31 years, I am all too familiar with how people are so quick to contact you when things do not go as quickly as planned, or when people do not do exactly as you hoped they would. . .and how infrequently they remember to let you know when an employee has gone beyond expectations to achieve a perfect final result. It was not your 'typical' home-owners transaction that my husband and I just completed with Long Realty, but Michael worked relentlessly to ensure that we were the new owners of the home of our choice. He kept us updated, encouraged, and remained positive when our doubts started to appear. I simply cannot express the gratitude we both feel to have been so fortunate to work with him. There must have been times when Michael wanted to 'throw the book away,' but he kept plugging along with us- encouraging us, and ensuring us that 'you will have a new home soon.' And now we do!!! Without question, Long Realty will be 'first on our list' when visiting with friends interested in relocating to/in Green Valley.

Michael totally redefined our thoughts around home ownership! Prior to meeting Michael, my wife and I didn't think we'd be able to make the move from being "renters for life" to "homeowners". But with his confidence and knowledge he was able to paint an achievable vision. He was kind, courteous, and doggedly determined to find a house that fit our needs. He took a byzantine system (at least to us as new homeowners) and made it extremely navigable, helping us at every step of the way, making sure that all our T's were crossed. From the first steps of looking at listings, to helping find the best inspectors, and wrapping up with a joyous title signing - Michael made us feel safe in approaching this BIG life step!
