My wife and I were trying to sell our home and purchase a new home at the same time. Wendy was extremely helpful in both of these transactions. In a housing market where things were going under-contract in less than a day she was extremely flexible in showing us homes at all times of the day. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market in general. She knew what houses would have multiple offers and what houses would probably sit a little longer. She guided us through the whole process right to our dream home which we won because of her creative thinking on the contract. We couldn't be happier with Wendy as not only our realtor for the purchase of our new home but as the realtor for the sale of our previous home as well. It was a pleasure working with someone as knowledgeable and in-touch with the local housing market.
