My approval rating with Wendy Carpenito was a satisfying one.  Besides being attractive and having a lovely smile, Wendy and her staff were very professional.  I believe she did what she could in the current market.  If for any reason I was to sell my home, I wouldn't hesitate to use Wendy Carpenito again.

Thanks Jim C.
