Wendy sets the standard of excellence for the real estate industry. Having just survived 3 real estate transactions during this overly intense market, I really appreciate how incredible Wendy is - she was on top of EVERY detail throughout my process of researching, visiting, analyzing, and bidding on potential homes. My obsessive requests for market data were always answered right away with the info I needed. I never had to think about the next steps because Wendy was always 2 steps ahead.  Buying a house in this competitive market should have been VERY stressful, but quite miraculously, Wendy made the entire process so easy. She is also just such an amazing and fun person who shares the BEST super bowl wing recipes. I cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with Wendy for purchasing our new home.
