My wife and I recently finished the home buying process during a Permanent Change of Station move with Wayne Martin of Bluewater Real Estate, and could not be more pleased with the services he provided! Wayne went above and beyond what we expected, and we felt comfortable settling into a new area with the information he provided on school districts and potential working opportunities for my wife. Days before closing when a wrinkle with the builder occurred and we were not in the state yet, Wayne was instrumental in ensuring that our issue was resolved and we experienced a smooth and pain-free closing day! I would highly recommend Wayne, and Bluewater Real Estate, to any prospective home-buyers for this area of North Carolina!
