Buying a house can be stressful and overwhelming, especially when you’re a first time home buyer! I underestimated how critical it was to work with a realtor that understood every aspect of the purchase and needing one that would be there to support me from start to finish. Although my first experiencer left me somewhat disillusioned, it led me to the person I should have been working with to begin with; Waban Carter. If you’re looking for an agent that has outstanding work ethics, is thorough, responsive ,extremely knowledgeable, generous with his time, patient, kind and has a great sense of humor – I highly recommend Waban! I LOVE my new house. Words can’t express how grateful I am to you and your internal support (John) for taking such good care of me and for making my dream home a reality.
