What an awesome Realtor! We met Victoria while out visiting Open Houses. We started by sharing our story of our move to San Jose, and our search for a home. Paula (my wife) and Victoria hit it off right away. Later that week, we asked Victoria if she would write an offer on a house for us. From there we found how great of an agent Victoria really is. We both feel that Victoria went well beyond just being a Realtor. She put together all the information regarding the house we wanted to buy. She took the time to explain issues outlined in the inspection report and answered all of our questions. We were then ready to write up an offer. From there, Victoria went to make our offer and she kept in communication with us on a daily basis. When we had additional questions Victoria would research for the answers. We feel she went beyond just answering our questions, she also provided references so we could verify her answers. We got the house and we do have to say thank you to Victoria.
