Victor Listened to what said we were looking for in a home, we've had previous agents who insisted on showing us unsuitable properties, even when we told them why it wasn't suitable in advance. Victor only showed us properties that he thought met our criteria, then asked what we liked or disliked about each house we toured to refine his understanding of what we were looking for. We were out of state buyers and Victor rearranged his schedule to accomodate us, when were available to be in the area.
