Vickie Depudy went above and beyond any normal standard of service. We are working in Alaska and in mid-April, I think, indicated interest in a property in Hansville shown on Zillow, that resulted in a contact by Vickie. We live on our boat and work in a small fishing community on the coast in SE Alaska with very limited and poor quality communications. In spite of that significant handicap, Vickie persevered cheerfully as we identified one possibility after another. She didn’t flinch as we had a good and trusted friend work with her on viewings, inspections and finally signing. She got creative and found ways to work within the limits of the connectivity we had. She worked on our behalf with the other entities, loan, title, escrow identifying and dealing with errors and explaining the limitations of our situation. She ultimately negotiated 30K off the asking price and when issues arose from the inspection arranged for the sellers to cover closing costs in lieu of. There are no higher superlatives available to describe the amazing job she did. We are so grateful to have found her... or maybe she found us.
