I can’t say enough good things about my experience with my loan officer Veronica Morales. While the process took longer than expected, they went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure everything was handled and that I was supported throughout the process. They were patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping me get to the finish line. Even when things became challenging, they continued to put in the effort to find solutions and help make everything work. I really appreciate the time, dedication, and personal attention they gave throughout the entire process. Their willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference, and I’m very grateful for all of their help. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a loan officer who genuinely cares about their clients.
