I think Troy Wade, as our agent , did a tremendous job in facilitating the sale of our existing house by guiding us in every step of the way. In addition, he did an excellent job of finding us a new place and a new house that we totally fell in love with from the location, type of house, and budget standpoint. The entire process was quite pleasant and would like to thank say thank you Troy!
