I was a first-time buyer and also first-time seller. I needed a lot of hand-holding. I can't praise Tracy Martin and Stacey Long enough! They were so helpful and patient guiding me through both. Selling the house was difficult due to the market, and they put so much time and work into it. If there is a gold medal for real estate agents, they certainly deserve it!
