Tonya and Pat really went above and beyond for us, working with the difficulties of a military move, including a very fast timetable and us being out of town for closing! They met with us several times to go over the market and our particular house, helped us work out the best possible schedule that worked with our own limitations and gave great recommendations for local companies to help ready our house for sale. After we moved out, they staged the house, held an open house, and negotiated the sale that very same week. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Seattle area!
