We were fortunate to have Toni as our realtor when buying our house in Sarasota. As out-of-state homebuyers, it was great to have someone so experienced and personable representing us. Toni listened to us, understood our needs and found houses that matched our needs and budget, including the new construction home we bought that was perfect for us. Even with long delays during construction, she worked closely with the builder, including arranging third-party inspections, to ensure that things were done right like it was for her own house.  We strongly recommend Toni to anyone looking to buy a house in the area.
