Tom helped me buy the home I fell in love with. We went to see the house on the first day it was listed,, and saw all of the interest in the house. At least 3 other realtors were there that day when I looked at the house! Lots of interested parties but Tom put a deal together that the seller just couldn't refuse. I'm certain the home owners had multiple offers to choose from! When the home-inspection revealed some minor issues (dirty chimney,, electrical box not attached securely),, Tom worked a deal with the homeowners to get the issues fixed,, without compromising my offer.
