I am delighted to say that I have a house because of Tom Faust, my realtor. Tom went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home and his hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. I am both ecstatic and appreciative. My family members who are also homeowners recognized his diligence and superb skills with negotiations. Tom has a keen eye for details and always dressed professionally. I don't think that I have ever seen Tom wear sneakers to any of the showings. Tom only showed me what I needed opposed to what I wanted. This resulted in a great home in a great school district. During the closing, Tom showed up with fresh baked goods and a large bag of home goods for my new home. Tom intentionally left his home to stop at a bakery before our 10am closing appointment. Who does that? Tom Faust, the Super Agent! I swear, this man wears a cape. My daughter also appreciated Tom's wittiness and sense of humor. His character made my daughter look forward to seeing homes. A task that she usually asked to stay home. Tom is customer service personified. He is what all agents should aspire to be. I never had to repeat what I desired in a home, he usually reminded me. I want to purchase another home just so I can work with Tom Faust again. I would recommend Tom Faust again and again. Between you and I, Tom should open his own office and train others to be like him. Georgia will be in a better place and more people will be able to purchase a home. I am team, Tom all the way.
