Tom Andre has been a go to resource for many years. He always has informed insights on how to improve my home and recommendations of high quality reliable home improvement contractors. Tom recently provided comps on my house to determine fair market value as well as whether the tax base was accurate. Tom brings together community members on a regular basis where folks can share advice and ideas on homes, business, and life in general. It always good fun to bring together people from areas such as Marietta, East Cobb, Johns Creek, and Roswell, among others. Tom is highly skilled at approaching a situation with both head and heart. Whether it be a real estate transaction or life change. Often both going hand in hand. I highly recommend Tom as a resource and partner for buying or selling your home.
