I started buying and selling real estate in 1982. I managed many properties and owned numerous rentals. Thus i have had experience with many realtors over the years. Tom Andre has managed multiple properties for me and sold multiple properties for me. Never have a found a realtor to be as detailed and driven to overcome any obstacles to achieve the goals of his client. The nuisances of agreements, leases, inspections, repairs, financing, financing qualifications, hiccups, timing, closings, and emotions can be huge on a transaction. Never in my career have i seen or experienced anyone with the knowledge and desire to overcome these obstacles more than Tom. Tom Andre in my opinion is the best value professional in the industry.
