Toby Swank was a pleasure to work with! We were shopping for our first home. Toby showed us a plethora of homes that we wanted. He didn’t even bat and eye when we said that our criteria had changed and we wanted to look at a new list of houses (he even found ones we overlooked!). Toby was honest, upbeat, and always tried his absolute hardest to get us the house we wanted and on our terms. We couldn’t be more happy with our deal and new home.
