This is the second time my husband and I have worked with Ryan Tisdale to sell a house. In both cases the houses sold within days of listing for the full asking price. His knowledge of the current market is comprehensive. His recommendations on how to prepare and market the house were on point. Because the current house was part of an estate settlement, there were many complications, and in some instances, disputes. Ryan handled all issues calmly and courteously, as a complete professional. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. L.S.Mills
