We wanted to list through Michael Saunders due to their strong presence in the Lakewood Ranch community. We were fortunate to have Laura Navratil and Tim Carney represent us. Their knowledge and professionalism from the start was appreciated. Their suggestions on how best to prepare for showings and most importantly pricing the unit accurately made a big difference. There was a potential issue within days of closing that would have affected the sale. Laura and Tim provided a solution to the buyer so that we were able to proceed with the sale. Not only are they great agents but they are people who really do care!
