Tom came with the highest of recommendations from a friend and he still somehow managed to exceed them. Tom is honest, timely, efficient, personable, and competitive. It is very obvious how passionate he is about finding you your dream home at the best price. He is relentless at protecting your interests as a home owner and is extremely patient in counseling those of us who know nothing about the real estate market. In a sellers market, Tom found us our dream home we never thought we could afford within our budget. He is well connected so inspections, getting a mortgage at a great rate, etc were all easy. Tom really went above and beyond for us with arranging last minute inspections and negotiating on our behalf.
