Therese was a consummate professional during our transaction. Not only did she end having to coach the other agent on his duties, she stayed after him until his tasks were completed. We had such peace of mind knowing she was on our side - and felt confident in moving to close despite the shortcomings of other broker. She checked in with us regularly, listened when we had concerns, and resolved issues as they arose. Her attention to detail proves her to be the type of realtor everyone needs - but so few get these days. We have worked with Therese through three transactions now. She knows the business, she's has the experience, and she makes things happen!
