Team Pedneault was great in the sale of our property. We were out of state owners. They constantly kept us apprised and helped us make decisions throughout the whole process. We dreaded the thought of having to go to California to manage the sale of the property. Team Pedneault gave us confidence in their handling of everything so we didn’t have to be there during preparation for sale.
