We really leaned on Tawnya for everything and she always delivered. Whether it was questions about the market itself, or the process of selling, or how and how much to mitigate issues before the sale, and the best way to present the house when we got ready to sell and even how to decorate some of the trickier areas inside the home. She almost always had the answers to my questions and when she didn't she was quick to get back with me after running the answer to ground.
