I have intricate knowledge of San Diego County from Carlsbad to Downtown San Diego. Being based in Rancho Santa Fe puts me in the heart of my niche. Extensive knowledge of Rancho Santa Fe and its surrounding communities has enabled me to help my clients who are already living here, as well as clients who are unfamiliar with the area and all it has to offer. In today’s market, it is vital to have someone who has their finger on the pulse of things. Attending local functions and being involved with our community is a number one priority with me. Many of our local and national charities I represent are Susan G. Komen, Juvenile Diabetes Association and The City of Hope. Exclusive relocation for the Four Seasons and La Costa Resort as well as other major local industries is a specialty of mine, taking the client from start to finish with care and peace of mind. Major decisions during a relocation are usually made in a condensed period of time and far away from home- it helps to know someone is there with experience and attention to detail to make sure the transaction is hassle-free when a client returns home. Not all clients are the same and I take pride in knowing that home buying is not a one size fits all experience.
