My own work schedule - which involves constant travel throughout the week and periods of inability to talk in real time, also made things complicated. Despite this, Susan was always one step ahead of every part of the process and worked around every single one of my personal scheduling conflicts. When my financing took longer than expected, Susan was immediately in touch with the sellers to keep them onboard and quick to inform me of any updates/changes that were relevant. Most important to me was her promptness in communication. Day or night, and across different time zones, Susan was always eager to work around my schedule and I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate that. I plan to buy another home or two in the next few years, and when I do, Susan will be the first person I reach out to.
