Susan is a person who will put you immediately at ease. She is an excellent and empathetic listener. Pair that with her integrity and knowledge and you know you will receive the best customer service possible. I have always admired how incredibly well organized Susan is and how disciplined and diligent she is when learning any subject or field she is engaged in. Her desire to do right by the people she serves was the driving force for her to go beyond the real estate license to higher education; she received the “GRI” from the graduate realtor institute so that her foundation knowledge was expanded beyond regular agents. True to her nature, when she became a realtor, Susan knew that she needed to totally understand all the real estate forms. Going beyond the average agent, she became a Certified Transaction Coordinator “TC” so that she would have the knowledge of how to process and understand the many documents. She actually did not take on a client until she had mastered all the documentation. Why? Because she wanted to support the people she worked with and be there when they relied on her expertise. Her knowledge and vigilance in not missing any important information translates into her knowing how to protect her clients. It is easy for me to recommend Susan because of her competence, caring heart, commitment to helping others and her trustworthiness.
