when Bruce Rodgers and I decided to downsize our condo at Lakewood Ranch and move to The Meadows, we, of course, wanted to use our good friend and Michael Saunders agent, Susan McLeod. The transaction was seamless and went off without a hitch. The tricky part was that we were closing on our sale, buying a new home and leaving on a month-long trip out of the country two days BEFORE the simultaneous closings. Susan handled every concern, anxiety and question. We’ve all known each other for so long, we wouldn’t do it any other way and appreciated how well friends worked together and still remain friends. As a matter of fact, she’s on her way here soon with a bottle of champagne to celebrate and hear about our Thailand adventures.
