Susan has now sold three homes to myself and family members. There are a lot of skills Susan posesses-- experience, a strong network, etc. but the trait I most appreciated was patience. This was a long process in this tough real estate market and I threw curve balls a few times. I also appreciated how she balanced working effectively with the other agent while advocating for my best interests. I found a good invewstment in a great neighborhood and if/when I'm ready to move on, I know who I will contact.
