If you're looking for a realtor, your search is over. You will never find one better than Susan Hertz. We worked with her to sell our house when we were moving to Boston. She knows all aspects of the business inside and out, and just loves working with her clients. She took the time to get to know us, and she also gave us great advice about getting the house ready to sell, without unnecessary expense. She recommended a great stager and workpeople. She always took the time to answer all our questions, however many there were, and we never felt that she was rushed. We were her focus. We moved up to Massachussets before selling the house, and Susan followed up on every detail, small and large, once we were gone. She handled it all easily, as a part of her job. We got a great price for our house, and loved working with her. We wish we could clone her and have her help us buy a house up here!
