I worked extensively with Susan for over 12 years. Together, we completed numerous purchase and sales transactions. She worked with me to buy real estate at great prices, and sell profitably. This included the down years, where we still bought and sold profitably.

She worked with me on properties for me to reside in, as well as investment properties. Her abilities in both are tremendous. She has a great knowledge of the local market, and more importantly, she has a great working relationship with all of the other brokers on Kauai.

Simply, she is the best.
