I give Susan a rating of Excellent +, so you would need a sixth option. I'm not very adept at video, so I'll stick with written. I would highly recommend Susan to anybody who is in the market to buy or sell a house. She went ABOVE and BEYOND as I was from out of the area and was not able to be there personally to supervise various projects. Susan stepped in and made sure that items were cared for and that the house was ready to be shown in all of it's elegance. Another positive about Susan is that she is so positive. This was a stressful sale as I was not living in the home and had some deadlines I needed to meet. Susan shared a realistic optimism that lifted me up and kept me on the hopeful side. I daresay Susan is the BEST realtor I have ever known. Through this process, we have also become friends... her family and ours. And maybe that's the best part of all.
