.....Sue and Jim Reske of your company were our contacts with Sue doing the yoeman's portion of the work. Her knowledge of the area was outstanding and her guidance invaluable. She worked tirelessly for us and I'm sure spent long nights doing research. We placed bids on two properties with Sue and another agent that did not materialize Gayle and I decided that our efforts were not going to be fruitful but Sue was able to do last minute research to find our resulting purchase.

Post purchase is even better. Since I am not local, Sue was an invaluable asset to the transition. She helped negotiate furnishings from the previous owners, communication with Association members, locksmith services, inspection services, and provided guidance for insurance, utilities and property close-up. She coordinated the closing for me and I did not have to come from Boston to do that. I could not have done this without her.
