We listed our home for sale with 3 real estate companies; Sheridan - liked the agent - she sold our previous home, was local (she died), ReMax, and Caldwell Banker. We had about given up on selling our house. A friend suggested Steve Viele at Tomie Raines. They said even in a tough market they are still selling houses. So we called but were not very hopeful. Our home had been on the market for nearly 2 years with the other agents. When we listed with Tomie Raines our house sold in 6 weeks. I am sure it was the agents expertise that sold our house. The pictures were different, he made suggestions of things we could do to help the house show better. What a big difference it made! The whole sales experience was different with Tomie Raines. Next time we will begin with Tomie Raines - there is no need to go anywhere else.
