Gavin Bigger | Ruidoso & Alto Real Estate Gavin Bigger is a long-time Ruidoso and Alto real estate professional who believes great real estate guidance starts with genuine local knowledge, strong relationships, and a deep commitment to community. After earning college degrees in Business and Economics, Gavin chose to return to the mountains he loves to raise a family, serve his community, and build a high-performance real estate career rooted in trust and long-term value. Having lived in Ruidoso for many years, Gavin offers clients more than market statistics—he provides lived experience. From Sierra Blanca views and mountain neighborhoods to country clubs, golf communities, second homes, and retirement properties, his understanding of the local lifestyle helps buyers and sellers make confident, well-informed decisions. Whether a client is purchasing a mountain home, vacation home, luxury residence, or investment property, Gavin’s approach is thoughtful, data-driven, and tailored to each individual goal. Gavin is known for his strong digital marketing strategies, high client satisfaction, and consistent testimonials from buyers and sellers who describe him as a great Realtor to work with—especially for those relocating from out of state. His marketing combines professional photography, targeted online exposure, and clear communication, ensuring homes are positioned effectively while buyers feel supported throughout the process. While Gavin works with luxury homes, he believes luxury is not defined solely by price—it is a feeling, experienced through comfort, confidence, and care. With this philosophy, he strives to connect buyers and sellers in ways that are both enjoyable and impactful, creating experiences that feel personal rather than transactional. Deeply involved in the community, Gavin is an active member of the Rotary Club, supporting local initiatives and staying closely connected to the people and issues that shape the market. Each year, he donates a portion of his real estate success to charitable organizations, including the Rotary Foundation, Sunshine Kids Foundation, and the Humane Society, reinforcing his belief that a strong community benefits everyone. Outside of real estate, Gavin embraces the mountain lifestyle he helps others find. He loves skiing, camping, and spending time outdoors with his family. A competitive and engaged household, Gavin and his wife coach youth sports and proudly support their daughter’s Girl Scout activities, including cookie sales and community service—experiences that keep him grounded and connected to local families. Committed to professional growth, Gavin has earned multiple real estate designations to better serve his clients, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), e-PRO, and At Home With Diversity, among others. These certifications reflect his dedication to education, ethical practice, and delivering sound advice in an ever-changing market. Gavin is proud to continue serving clients throughout Ruidoso, Alto, and surrounding mountain communities, now aligned with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Steinborn & Associates. Prior to aligning with Better Homes and Gardens, Gavin was a top-performing agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, where he built a strong reputation for results, professionalism, and client satisfaction. Today he remains focused on what has always mattered most: people, places, and results.
