Sonia did a great job assisting us with purchasing our very first home. She was very supportive and pretty thorough with the process. It did take us a while getting to the right house but we were in no rush and Sonia was very patient. Plus, the market being so competitive and the rates being so high at the moment, we were fortunate to have Sonia help guide us through everything. Sonia kept herself available whenever we wanted to see a home outside of open houses. When it came to purchasing our home, Sonia communicated with the sellers and the broker very well and kept us well informed. She even held our baby while we did our final run through. We appreciate all the help Sonia provided for us to purchase our home. We do recommend her with anyone looking for a home!
