I highly recommend Simone Barrett! She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, the process, and the people. She went out of her way to help me get the house ready for showing and the subsequent closing. She's a great communicator; quickly responds to email and text messages; and kept me in the loop the entire time. I've bought or sold homes over 20 times during my life and Simone is by far the most capable and professional realtor I've every worked with.
