I worked with several other top-ranked professional safari travel agencies and companies (as ranked by Fodors, T&L, Tripadvisor, etc), and none of them came close to matching the professionalism and attention to detail Andre put forth. While other companies simply sent a PDF and a quick 15 minute call that often felt like they had 4 other calls lined up behind it, Andre took the time to ask what I was looking for and explain the various options until I was comfortable letting him put together an itinerary for me. Expecting another PDF, I was blown away when he came back with a fully customized, private web-based itinerary complete with links to the properties, reviews, countless images and a detailed itinerary almost down to the hour. Andre Steynberg then worked with me to fine-tune the itinerary and was extremely flexible throughout the process, even when I accidentally booked flights a day in advance he was able to set up lodging for us to accommodate. His name is Titus Kivuyo, he works for Ranger Safaris and is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and personable travel guide I have ever met. Titus knows every single aspect of the flora, fauna, terrain and inhabitants of the Serengeti plain and virtually every other facet of African wildlife. Beyond that he is an amazing person who made our trip truly special.
