Shirley Austin helped my sister and me sell our family property. We both live out of state ( in different states), and she made the process as smooth as possible. She staged the house beautifully; she managed multiple showings of the property; she facilitated conversations with potential buyers, some of whom were interested in purchasing as an investment. The property was eventually sold to a young couple after several repairs were made. Miss Austin supervised those as well, and we closed in a timely manner. My sister and I are highly satisfied and recommend her without hesitation.
