What an absolutely savvy, experienced, thoughtful and hard-working agent. Thanks to Shannon we were able to avoid what could have been a really big financial mistake. Not only that, but Shannon is also always going above and beyond to understand underlying market trends, local legislation and other conditions that may impact our investment. As we shifted our investment strategy, Shannon was right there with us to help us understand and explore what we really needed in our home and she did so with incredible patience and dedication. I trust no one but Shannon!
