Shannon was absolutely phenomenal to work with! I was new to the Charlotte area and came to Shannon unsure about the type of home I wanted or location I preferred to live. Her patience and knowledge about the market really made this a great experience for me. There was never a time that she wasn't available and was quick to adapt if I had some last minute changes. She went above and beyond to set my mind at ease and ensure that I would make my closing date when we were faced with the initial COVID-19 pandemic. Real estate is not just a job for Shannon, she cares about her clients and is with them every step of the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a professional to help them buy or sell a home.
