Shanna was delightful to work with. She was professional in her dress and decorum. She was always early to our appointments and came prepared with all the information pertaining to each property we looked at. Her observations were insightful and she offered guidance where it was appropriate. All paperwork we had to sign was done in a timely fashion, and when we had to make changes to the contract (several times) I didn’t have to worry, because she was on top of every single detail, and would contact me immediately. Because we were closing on two properties on the same day, I needed the peace of mind knowing that everything was in order and being taken care of. Shanna was truly a Godsend to us on the this transaction and we will be forever grateful to her.
