One of the best agents I've worked with - I've purchased 3 properties and sold 2. Bought a Jersey City condo with Selina. A serendipitous meeting at one of her listings when I was not working with anyone for which I am grateful for and off the bat was very impressed with her listing and professionalism. Selina was able to apply strategies and very extensive knowledge of the market so that I felt confident in my offer and my search as a Buyer. The process can be very stressful and the service does not stop once an offer has been accepted - Selina follows through so that you come out on top at closing and that you as a client are satisfied with the terms and your purchase. She keeps the ball rolling and makes sure everyone is on schedule. Selina also has a list of equally amazing competent people she works with so you can feel confident with whoever she recommends throughout the escrow process. I will definitely be a repeat client - buying and selling! thank you Selina!
