Michele and her team are amazing. I am in a somewhat confusing loan and Michele has taken the time more than once to very carefully explain it to me and she said she would be available in the future to explain it again! Michele also went above and beyond to hand deliver a check to me when closing went longer than it should and I needed to run to another obligation. Michele takes care of her clients!
