Savio Vaz recently assisted us in the purchase and sale of our home. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had and walked us through the process of selling and downsizing . After being in my home for 27 years I found this process a bit overwhelming and Savio was able to calm our fears by keeping us informed after each and every showing We were in multi offer bidding on purchasing our new home and Savio secured our bid as the winning bid.He made sure he was at the inspection and walked us through the inspectors report page by page Savio went above and beyond and I would recommend him if you are considering a move you need to call Savio he will be there for you start to finish and every step of the way
