Saskia Nemeth has been absolutely outstanding throughout our real estate transaction. She was acting as my brother's agent. She went way above and beyond the call of duty as she knew how important it was to sell quickly. She had to deal with my brother's daughter who is a difficult person, (to put it kindly) and who was still in residence in the home She was professional and didn't give up when many other realtors might have. Bart had moved to Traverse City, Michigan, so all of the work with us was remote. The house sold and my brother is happy, as am I. I would recommend Saskia for any on going transaction. Bart has memory issues, so she and I did a lot of the discussion and explaining. Throughout she was gracious and patient. She is an excellent realtor.
